Chuck Umeh is a distinguished Professional Engineer and the visionary Founder and Managing Director of Belcorp Integrated Systems Limited in Nigeria and Bel Controls, LLC in the United States. Specializing in developing cutting-edge systems for the Oil, Gas, and Energy (ODE) industries, Chuck brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the field.

Chuck holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology with an emphasis in Control Systems and a Master's in Microcomputer Systems, both earned at the University of Houston, USA. With over 25 years of professional experience, he is a seasoned expert in instrumentation and control systems, including Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD), Fire and Gas Systems (FGS), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA).

Throughout his illustrious career, Chuck has navigated senior roles such as Lead Engineer, Research & Development Manager, and Projects General Manager. His leadership extends beyond borders, having successfully collaborated with diverse nationalities and regional capabilities, enriching his global perspective in the industry.

Currently, Chuck divides his professional efforts between the United States and Nigeria, where he has established a significant presence in the ODE sector. His commitment to professional excellence is underscored by his membership in the International Society of Automation, showcasing his dedication to staying at the forefront of industry advancements.

Chuck Umeh is not only a respected professional but also a family man. Married to Ify Umeh, they share the joy of raising three beautiful children – Beluchi, Ifunanya, and Lotanna.
