Schneider Busayo Komolafe is a second-time founder, high-impact Systems Architect, and Infrastructure Executive with over 17 years of deep-stack engineering experience spanning sovereign cloud infrastructure, fintech, legaltech, AI systems, space technology research, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives across Africa. He is widely recognized for designing and leading mission-critical technology ecosystems that power governments, enterprises, startups, and emerging digital economies.
He currently serves as Head of Technology, leading the architecture and operational infrastructure behind some of Africa's most strategically significant digital platforms, including UniCloud Africa — a pan-African sovereign cloud provider operating across six countries with enterprise-grade infrastructure and a 99.999% uptime SLA — and SaveTown.com, a ₦100 Billion housing initiative focused on democratizing homeownership for millions of Nigerians through technology-driven financing and infrastructure systems.
Schneider's career is uniquely distinguished by both technical depth and entrepreneurial execution. He previously co-founded Parkit, a smart mobility and parking technology startup acquired by Fixit45 in 2021, establishing him as a successful second-time founder with a proven track record of building scalable technology ventures. He is also the founder of SkoutWatch, an advanced AI-powered sports intelligence and video analytics platform focused on player tracking, recruitment intelligence, automated highlights, and sports performance analysis.
Over the course of his career, Schneider has led and contributed to the development of high-scale systems across multiple industries. His experience includes conducting infrastructure and mini/portable server research at the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA), serving as a Technical Consultant on international development initiatives for the United Nations, building core payments infrastructure for iRecharge, and pioneering electronic notarization and digital legal authentication systems at ToNote.
His expertise spans cloud architecture, distributed systems, DevOps engineering, infrastructure automation, AI-enabled systems, backend engineering, systems security, product architecture, and high-availability platform design. He has architected resilient infrastructures capable of supporting millions of transactions, large-scale public sector deployments, and highly available enterprise workloads across Africa.
Beyond engineering execution, Schneider is known for his strategic technology leadership — bridging infrastructure, product innovation, and business scalability. His work consistently focuses on building sovereign, locally resilient technology ecosystems that reduce dependence on foreign infrastructure while enabling African businesses and governments to scale securely and independently.
Schneider does not merely deploy technology; he architects the sovereign digital infrastructure upon which modern African economies, enterprises, and future innovations depend.
